Can't Access FTP

  1. I'm not sure if my FTP has been successfully setup or not, but I can't seem access it.

    [10:00:45] SmartFTP v2.0.996.12
    [10:00:45] Resolving host name 'ftp.getindigo.com'
    [10:00:45] Connecting to 64.209.142.7 Port: 21
    [10:00:45] Connected to ftp.getindigo.com.
    [10:00:45] An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
    [10:00:45] Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
    [10:00:45] Server closed connection

    I know the username/password are correct. Any suggestions?

    This looks like a firewall or Antivirus issue.

    Try disable such software and see if problem continues.

    Please contact support if this doesn't solve it.
