Can't Find Raw Logs

    I've read KB148 and enabled Raw Log access from the Control Panel.
    But I can't find the folder where the raw logs are supposed to be located.
    Could the issue be that I'm using the Windows XP FTP client, and not some other FTP client?

    ok.. the httplogs directory is a hidden directory, you'll have to manually navigate to it.

    ie. cd /username/httplogs

    Can't Find the File

    OK, I can apparently navigate to the /httplog folder, but there's nothing there.
    I've had raw logs enabled for a long time, so there should be files there.

    I'd recommend opening a ticket with the Technical Support department using the Support Portal so we can see if there were any problems.
