Can't show datagrid after it uploaded to server.

I'm a begginer of asp.net and just start to use discountasp.net to store my project. In some of the pages, i trying to get data from access database and show it in a datagrid which allow the user to select and do some editing. It work perfectly on localhost(VS.NET), but once i upload a whole project to the server. All the pages which contain a datagrid come up with a some error message " Selected collating sequence not supported by the operating system. " I have no idea how to fix this problem. the connection with other pages, for example filling a dropdownlist or return a report is work. It means the database is work... Please HELP.
