Changing UTC time to account for daylight savings

    Hi all,

    I am currently trying to change the datetime values in my DB to GMT including daylight savings (+1 hr). I have set the datetime to UTC but of course this doesn't account for DST. Please can someone point me in the right direction for how I can do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
