Don't know who you are so I can't look up any tickets to see if you have tried to contact us. Outages happen, unfortunately. But we have identified (and remedied) the issue that was causing problems in the UK data center.
I too am thinking about leaving DASP. I am a developer and have all my customers hosted on DASP (40+) and the last few months have become a nightmare. Service has gone down hill big time. And there have been more outages in the last 6 months than I had in the previous 6 years. Today I have been locked out of the support system saying the following: Email address verification is required to access parts of this site. Click here to re-send the verification email No email is coming. I cannot get in to even write a ticket, so assuming there is another technical issue. I have the same thing on my customers account and also on mine. I need help, or else I will be leaving and taking all customers with me.
