  1. Hi - I have been having trouble reaching my FTP site. I have opened a ticket, but have not heard back from anyone at DiscountASP for over a week. Am I missing something? I would have expected an automatic response at the very least. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    We've responded to all your tickets. Even followed up with you when we didn't hear back from you. I suspect that your spam filter is putting our responses in your junk folder. Please make sure to whitelist our domain.

    I did not want to add this message here, but unfortunately the same thing is happening to me. I have discountasp.net in my safe list and have sent 3 e-mails and received no responses. It has been a week and still waiting for a response.

    vmr: When did you add us to your whitelist? Before or after you sent in the tickets.

    I checked our helpdesk and we have responded to all your tickets and we even followed up when we did not hear back from you.

    If there is an issue, please send in a support ticket.
