   Hi Guys,
   
   I want to copy a database from my discountASP.net Database account to a .mdf file at home. How do I do this?

   Use the backup feature in the SQL section of your control panel. This will create a .bak file. You can then download that file using FTP to your local computer. Then simply restore the file to your server.
