First I'll need some info.

1) What technology will your site be using? i.e., ASP.NET 2.0, Classic ASP, etc.

2) Have you added a SQL Server to your account already? 2000, 2005?

3) What tools will you be using locally? i.e. VS2008, Dreamweaver, etc.
