Could someone tell me the roblem Domain Transfer

I have just register the Web server service, I want to use the Domain name which I registered in Easyspace.com. I don't know how to transfer the domain name onto Discountasp.net. Could someone help me the method please?

I have created a support ticket with domain name on hosting control penel one week ago, but I haven't received any reply yet. Do you have any other idea? I am still using the temporary domain name, so poor!! [B)]

I just have done one more support ticket with my userName and domain name. It said that I will receive a tracking number shortly. I hope I would use my domain name as soon as possible.[]

I got the message from Technical Support Department. He explained details which show step by step of method. That's really wonderful!! Thank you dasp. Rest time I just waiting for using my real domain name. []

If you got the same problem with transfering domain name with Easyspace please follow the method below:

To Update Name Servers through the Easyspace Shop

1) From www.easyspace.com click on Members Logon and type in your username and password.
2) Click on "Services" next to the domain you wish to transfer.
3) At "Allow name server configuration / transfer" click on "Add".
4) Click on "Use custom name server list".
5) Type in the new host's name servers (not ip addresses) and click on "Verify and update".
The IP addresses appear automatically.
6) Click on "Confirm order" then click on "Submit your details and continue".
7) An invoice is created, click on "Click here to complete your order" and select to pay by credit card or cheque.

The transfer takes 24-48 hours to complete.

You will need to update the name servers of your domain to our DNS:
ns1.discountasp.net
ns2.discountasp.net

Of course, you need to pay about £5.88 include Vat.
