  1. I'm hoping this will be an easy one to answer for any veteran users of discountasp.net ...

Is it possible to create and edit a custom home page for your domain?

When I simply type the name of my domain into a web browser (http://<myDomainName.com>) it seems that I continually get a generic discountasp.net login page where I'm prompted for my username and password.

I'd like to create my own welcome page in my root directory. I'd name it something like "default.aspx" and I would want its location to be: http://<myDomainName.com/default.aspx

This would simply serve as a page for any visitor to browse and navigate around my site. So basically, it boils down to:

-> Am I stuck with this login page that DASP has given me?

[OR] -> Can I wipe this page out by replacing it with own custom Home page?

We place a generic welcome page in all new accounts, named: index.aspx

All you have to do is remove or replace this file and use your own home page.
