I've looked over the FAQ and they are pretty horrible for questions and the control panel is not great. I just wanted to add an developer account to my domain but not the master account. Let me know.

I'm sorry to hear that you do not find the KB or the control panel to your liking. We do have many customers that are satisfied with our KB and control panel. I'm not sure what you mean by "developer account".
