I have registered the main domain (main.xxx) through DISCOUNTASP. How I can create subdomains (sub.main.xxx)?

do you want the subdomain to go to another location (IP address)?

If you have the addon enabled,

anything.wapport.net will go to your root directory.

    for example,

    subdom1.wapport.net
subdom2.wapport.net will both go to your root directory. You can programatically redirect these subdomain to a directory.

No. Subdomains will specify in the same place, as MainDomain (wapport.net - 216.177.77.105).

  5. bruce,

We need to email you everytime we need a new subdomian right?

Is there anyway for this to be automated or can be called through an ASP/.Net script?

    Thanks.

if you have the subdomain addon enabled, *.yourdomain.com will resolve to your site
