  1. I assume the host (discountASP.net) does not provide this functionality. I attempted to load a project with Crystal report and it errored.

Are there other alternatives for reporting that this site supports?

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

We do not support Crystal Reports. We are looking into reporting components but we cannot provide any specific details or timeframes at this moment.

  3. Any additional details concerning report writing functionality?

  4. Could someone from discountasp.net reply to this thread?

What alternatives, other than basic html formating, is provided for asp.net reporting within the your hosting environment?

  8. I found a reporting alternative that works on discountasp.net. It's only $300 too!!

All of the stuff can go in the BIN folder and doesn't need any GAC stuff.

I am still learning how to use it, etc. but it seems like a viable solution for reporting, it works with ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL Server 2005 (that's my current setup.)
