dasBlog setup

    I would like to try dasBlog on my site, and would appreciate inputas to how to successfully get that setup on Discountasp.net. Is it possible to setup a site such as "blog.mydomain.com" or does that require the purchase of subdomains? If I must go with "www.mydomain.com/blog" - what is involved there - permissions, etc. ??

    The current dasBlog version is 1.9 - any problems with using that?The Knowledge Base only mentions that dasBlog 1.5 was tested.

    We have not tested this particular version but I don't see why it wouldn't work.


    If you wish to have blog.domain.com, you'll need to upgrade to an unique IP/unlimited subdomain. You can install the blog application to within an subdirectory, it should work fine.

    Though it is untested, I have seen a customer with dasblog running on our system.
