DASP SQL2005 & SQL Session State

Hi,
I'm quite new to all of this but I've used the aspnet_regsql.exe file to set up theuser tables/stored procsfor users registering with my site.

However when I run aspnet_regsql at the command line to introduce sql session state to the DASP database i have I receive an error which states InstallSqlnot installed on the server.

Does this mean that on a shared DASP SQL server I cannot use SQL Session state?
I've looked into building a custom session state using the database but this seems to beunnessecarywhen the features of the pre-configured SQL session state meetmy requirements.

Some of those methods do not require SQL Server and you can roll your own with ASP.NET if you want.
