Database backup question

    Hi,

    I see that you take nightly backups of the DBs and these are kept for 7 days. And then that you will restore these for a cost of $15.

    My question is rather than restoring the DB is it possible to get the backup file for the particular day I need (obviously in the last 7 days)and then put it in my hosting folder so i can download it and do a local restore myself. This would be so I couldjust take the data I need and insert it into the live DB...as different clients access my DB tables. Obviously I would still pay the restore cost.

    yes. we can pull the backup and put it in your folder for the same restoration fee.
