Database Info and Frontpage

Good Evening,

I just uploaded my website which I created in Frontpage. It is a site that will be used to run a fantasy Nascar league. I have a different page for each race and each participant will fill in their picks and submit them. How can I retreive the info from the database. Also, how can I set the form on the page to leave the information in the boxes so everyone can see. I am new to the whole website design as well as databases. Thanks in advance for the help.
