Deleting Emails

    I have a number of users who are having difficulty deleting their emails with the upgraded SmarterMail. I cannot reproduce the problem on my systems, but it seems to be it freezes up on them and their only option is to refresh the page. The emails that they tried to delete are still there. I have had one user have success using Ctrl-F5 on her inbox, but once the emails are in the deleted folder, she cannot delete them.Any one else running into the same problem or have any suggestions?

    hmmm.. nope. Have not heard anything like that?


    what browser are they using? SMv5 uses a lot of AJAX / client side scripting and my have problem w/ some older browsers.

    At least one of the users is using IE7 and having this problem.

    Hmmm.. i really don't know. If you can't replicate the problem and it only happen to that particular computer. Could it bea corrupted version of IE?
