  1. Setup our MX records as provided by DNA mail.

My question is, our primary domain is:

    Primary Domain: retailplanner.com
    Root Domain Pointers:
    •retailingenuity.com

Do I need to change the MX settings for retailplanner as well, do they need to match?

I am able to send email, but not receive, any ideas?

  2. Inputing Primary Nameserver, where do I

Maybe you can guide me with where I would input these setting provided by DNAmail...

    Primary Nameserver: ns1.exchangecarrier.net
    Secondary Nameserver: ns2.exchangecarrier.net

We have a primary domain that is not used for email retailplanner.com the pointer site is retailingenuity, retailingenuity is the domain we are using for emails.

I don't get it.. you should be updating the MX record to point to the external mail server.. why did they give you a name server?
