DNN 5.2.2. - Service Unavailable

I get this error SERVICE UNAVAILABLE website message every now and then when I hit my site hosted by DASP. To clear up this, I have to go to my IIS setting and recycle the site.

I have this version DNN running on DASP using 2003/IIS6 setup. According to DASP, its a memory issue. DNN is a resource intensive application and DASP only allots 100 MB of memory in my website setup. They suggest that I move my site to another server on DASP with 2008/IIS 7 setup because I will be allotted 200 MB of memory in my application.

Its going to take a few weeks to test my site under a 2008/IIS7 setup. In the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions to check my site memory usage or some type of benchmarking so that when it hits a critical stage, I simple go to my IIS setting and recycle the site? Hope that made sense.

I am open for any suggestions.
