DNN v4 - No disk space error

I justcopied a DNN v4 site from one DASP account to another DASP account, linking to the same MS-SQL2005 database. Everything works great except:

When I try to upload a new graphic, I get a "critical error - no disk space". Tried from both the host and admin accounts, and also from both DASP accounts (one is a portal alias). I looked in the file structure, and the new graphic file was successfully added to /portals/0/images, but it doesn't show up in the list of available graphics. From the DASP control panel I can see that I have plenty of website disk space and plenty of SQL space remaining. I'm guessing it's some kind of permissions issue, but really have no idea. Thoughts?
