No. You are resolving fizzydigital.co.uk to our DNS server's IP. You'll need to point fizzydigital.co.uk to the IP of your website. Create a support ticket if you do not know the IP address of the website.

  2. Aha. That makes sense. I couldn't find the specific IP of the domain in the control panel anywhere so thought I had to just point at your DNS servers. I've created a ticket, but I also pinged the temporary URL for an IP address, would that give me the correct IP?

  3. Hi,

I've just opened my DiscountASP account and would like to clarify something.

I use www.just-the-name.co.uk to look after my domain name andI've pointed my domain (fizzydigital.co.uk) to IP address 64.79.161.51. When I ping www.fizzydigital.co.uk it comes back as that IP address, but still my domain doesn't seem to be working. I get "Cannot find server or DNS Error"

Is this domain caching in action, or have I got something wrong?

    Any help much appreciated.

You can find the IP address in the DNS manager.

We do not put this in the main account page because many user try to access the IP directly.
