dns manager ip adress redirection

    thx for your answers

    i m using dns manager an i change mx

    but i would like to know th ip adress to create a record

    beta.dairentech.fr => discountasp.net website

    the official website www.dairentech.fr remains the previous ip adress

    should i use alernative url ?

    another strange thing: ping dairentechf.eweb701.discountasp.net
    and i have 89.187.101.71

    when i'm going to www.dairentech.fr, i see my old and official website

    i'm confusing lol

    You cannot point random hostname to the server; you'll get a website not found error.

    In order for the server to recognize the domain name, you'll have to setup a domain pointer before you point the domain name to the IP.
