DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE TO USE SQL SERVER DATABASES ON THIS SITE

  1. I HAVE ENTERPRISE MANAGER AT HOME AND USE IT CREATE MY OWN SQL SERVER 2000 DATABASES. DO I HAVE TO PAY ASP DISCOUNT NET MORE TO HAVE THESE DATABASE WORK ON THIS WEBSITE. IT SEEMS LIKE I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR MORE SPACE FOR SQL SERVER 2000. I WANT TO PLACE MY DATABASES ON THE WEBSITE AND QUERY THE DATABASES FROM OTHER PC PLACING DATA IN THE DATABASES AND EXTRACTING DATA FROM THE DATABASES. I ALSO WANT TO USE THE DATABASES WITH THE WEBPAGES ON THE WEBSITE. DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONE TO ASP DISCOUNT NET FOR THIS? ANYONE KNOW, I HAVE SENT THERE SUPPORT LIKE 5 MESSAGES AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE ALSO ASP DISCOUNT DOES SEEM TO HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL DIRECTLY. MY EMAIL IS [email protected]

    If you want DiscountASP.NET to host your SQL 2000 databases, then you will need to add the SQL 2000 addon. There will be additional fees with this addon. You can log into your control panel (https://my.discountasp.net) and navigate to the SQL 2000 section to order.

    As far as your tickets, please send us the ticket numbers of your tickets and we can look into them. If they were sent into our helpdesk, then they were answered. If you are using a spam filter, please check in your spam/junk/bulk folders as spam filters will filter legitimate emails. Make sure to whitelist the DiscountASP.NET domain.

    If youcontacted supportthroughthe control panel (https://my.discountasp.net)- Helpdesk Ticket Manager.Then you can track your ticket, read responses,and reply to the tickets through teh control panel Ticket History section.
