  1. Hi,
    Contact Support. http://discountasp.net/support.aspx
I think by default the IIS6 servers are Full Trust and the IIS7 servers are Medium Trust.

We do however have access to Trust level changes in our site web.config settings.
DiscountASP.NET allows us full access to those settings, long as we don't cause any trouble that is. [IMG]

  2. thanks for clearing this up Mark.

I have emailed the support guys , hopefully they will give a prompt response on this issue.

  3. We just bought a hosting account from networksolutions only to find out that they run on medium trust level which means that URL calling is not permitted.

The site is working absolutely fine but giving an service exception error message when we try to connect to the payment gateway for credit card processing.

The URL/HTTP address we are calling is secure.linkpt.net

Posted below is the error message i am getting.........

    Server Error in '/' Application.

Network solutions customer care isn't giving us proper support & it is practically impossible for us to beat the target deadline if this problem persists any further.

Just want to know if discountASP.net provides full trust mode & whether we will be able to host our e commerce website here sans any hassle. If it is possible i would want to switchover with immediately.

    Kindly advice.
