Does running RDLC require to order Reporting Service addon?

    Hi,

    I am new customer of DiscountASP.net and first time do web hosting.
    I am using RDLC report and below is my report viewer tag.
    I am not sure should I order Reporting Service to run such report.

    <rsweb:ReportViewer ID="viewer" runat="server" >
    <LocalReport ReportPath="../Lot_Traveller/Report.rdlc">
    </LocalReport>
    </rsweb:ReportViewer>

    RDLC reports can be executed directly by the ReportViewer control and you do not need SSRS for it.

    Thanks for the fast response.

    Oh dear, is it possible for me to get a refund about SSRS 2008 ? (Thus cancelling the SSRS 2008 addon)
    I made my purchase/addon last 17 hours ago.

    Yes, of course it is possible. Contact our billing department by submitting a ticket with them through our support portal at support.discountasp.net and request cancellation of your SSRS addon.
