Does your servers has enabled internet access?

Hello,

I'm developing a site that will need to process RSS periodically from other sites, Does you server has disabled internet access by security? Can I make HTTP requests to other sites?

So I assume I can use ad sense services, and connect to other sites to download RSS Feeds.

I was concerned about that, because some IIS server use to have internet access blocked as a security restriction.
