Domain Pointers - Am I missing something here?

    Sorry for my ignorance, but now do you do that? Does she just get in touch with the company she registered it with.

    Set up two domain pointers, both of which are owed by my friend. However, when I try to use them from IE I am redirected to the company she brought them off. In the control panel is says that they are active and my invoice has been paid. Any suggestions?
