Domain Registrar

  1. My domain is coming up for renewel, and my current registrar wants what I think is way to much ($100 for 5 years).

    What registrars ar you all using, and are you happy with them ?

    $20 a year is definitely too high these days. You might want to try godaddy.com. I have dozens of domains registered with them and have never had a problem.

    It's a buyers market, there are dozens (if not hundreds) or registrars who can give you a better price than $100 for five years.

  3. I've got dozens at godaddy as well and woulddefinitely recommend them. Low prices, easy to use. No problems to speak of.

  5. Here's another vote for GoDaddy. I've got upwards of 25 domains registered there. They also recently revamped their control panel. Huge improvement in my opinion.
     
  6. I use Namesecure.com. They are around $7 per year and the service it pretty easy to use.
