domain security

  1. Hi

    Ive just noticed a page dropped onto my root domain which I didnt write.
    It returns all the objects in the database.

    This is ok as we are only indevelopment phase but as this person seems to of got access to my login I guess i need some tips on how to make things secure.
    At the moment I havent been using a secure ftp tool can you recommend one ?
    Is the webconfig file secure?
    How esle could this person of got access?

    Any help and advice appreciated.

    Please create a support ticket as soon as possible. Please do not delete that file. That's the only thing we can trace how it got there.

  4. 99.99% of the time people gain access to your account through an exploitable application that you have installed (gallery, bulletin board, form mail, etc).


    keep your apps updated and don't install applications you can't trust.
