DotNetNuke - Changing home directory

  1. If you installed DNN with 'dir1/dir2/' path,there might be an issue because,DNN stores the alias url in its database,which surely can be modified from the Admin panel.Otherwise,I dont think there should be an issue,because all the paths will be relative to the application root.Yes,you transfer the files using ftp and then configure the new sub-folder as a web application using the control panel.

  2. Thanks for the reply. To be safe, I'll create a new directory under the root mydomain.com/dir3 and copy the contents there so as not to change the current site. We'll see how that goes...
