DTS Frustrations

    I set up a DTS package on my local machine to delete & recreate the web server tables. When running it the first time through, (I'm connected to both DBs), everything works fine. However, all subsequent (scheduled) jobs fail, saying "server does not exist or access denied"... any ideas on what I might be doing wrong here?

    nevermind...seems to be on my firewall end...

    yeah..

    this error 'server does not exist or access denied' is one of the more deceiving SQL error. This error usually means that the client cannot establish a connection to port 1433
