  1. Can I create a completeduplicate of my ASP site in a subfolder,of my exsiting site, with it's own seperate MSaccess database (in the same subfolder), for development/testing purposes?

Actually I already have (tried anyway), I re-coded the subfolders .con file, andall of the duplicatedASP pages too, allseem to be working just fine, and the duplicate"registration", and "log-in" pages all connect correctlywith the DB, and are functioning correctly.

The duplicate"web-side" ADMIN pages are alsocommunicating withthe duplicate MS accessdatabase (in the subfolder)OK as well, and performing as expected.

However, I utilize Flash, with actionscript (which I "think" Ihave re-coded accordingly),for the content of my CE courses. They are loading into the duplicateASP pagesOK, and functioning as designed,HOWEVER, they are notcommunicating with theduplicateddatabase, as they should? I have triple checked the "links" in the actionscriptof the fla files, and the coding "should" be accurate.

I'm not receiving anytype of "error message". I have already de-bugged in my "development environment", which is adobe CS3Dreamweaver, and Flash Professionaland all shows to beOK?

I "THINK" I remember, from the distant past, something about ASP pages NOT working from withina subfolder? If that is true, why does "most" of the "duplicate site"which is located in the subfolder function correctly?

Doesanyone have ANY idea where I have gone astray, or whereI can begin tolook for the problem? If you do,but youneed more details about any specifics, just let me know, and I will post the requestedcodes, or scripts. In the interest of saving space here, I'm not EVEN going to try to guess what might need to be posted, at this point.

    Thanks! [IMG]
