E-Mail is treated as junk by hotmail

  1. In the last few days, I've found that e-mail sent using smtp to hotmail addresses from both of my DASP domains is beingtreated as junk mail by hotmail. This is plain vanila text e-mail with no attachments, various business related subjects and nothing in the text that could remotely be flagged as spam.

    Any one else encounter this?

    Any thoughts on how to solve the problem?

    I've seen this problem before but we cannot nail down the cause.

    We originally thought Hotmail didn't like the discount word in any part of the email, however, our test doesn't indicate this as a problem.

    We also thought Hotmail blacklisted our address but test also doesn't indicate that.

    I guess hotmail's spam filtering is a dynamic system.
