E-Mail problems

  1. After the new Update to the e-mail system I can't ping the e-mail server or receive e-mail through outlook. I have changed my settings like the message when I logged on said to do. How do we fix this?

  3. Did you read my post. Yes i made all the changes the message requested.I can't reach the pop3 server. I can't ping the pop3 server

    Then please open up a support ticket. Log into your control panel at https://my.discountasp.net and use the Helpdesk Ticket Manager to open a ticket. You can reply and see a history of your tickets (submitted through the helpdesk) in the Ticket History section.

  7. I was also able to test this successfully from a 3rd party cable modem. I was able to successfully establish a connection to pop3.product4me.com on port 110.
