  1. Is there a way to create/use email alias?

    For Example:

    POP Email Account:
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

    Alias:
    [email protected] -> [email protected]
    [email protected] -> [email protected]
    [email protected] -> [email protected]

    Basically looking for a way to create "email" accounts per job function/area, that can be directed to the proper individual.
    Thus as people leave or change jobs, I just need to update the function alias redirection.

    Forwarding "kinda" does this, but I "lose" an POP account, as the functional account would never have mail in it.

    Email alias is the same as forwarding account. You can create unlimited forward account in the control panel.

  3. Thanks Bruce,

    That is what I figured, and tried too do. Now I have found my problem.

    In the forwarding window, when I try to add the following:

    [email protected]
    I get a red note on the bottom:
    Name is Invalid</font id="red">

    but if I put in:
    [email protected]
    no problem.

    I have been able to create POP email accounts with a DOT in the name, can I not use the DOT in the name for forwarding?

    Thanks

    I do not have any update yet.

    If you need one setup, please create a support ticket. We may be able to create it for you in the system

    Hi Bruce,
    I am certain your development team is very busy. But is there any update to the issue of having a "dotted" email address in the forwarding email option.
