Email and Mozilla Thunderbird

    Hi,
    I am unable to receive mail from my account using mozilla thunderbird. I have the POP server set as pop3.[mydomain].com and I get a login failure. Any ideas? Also, I can't seem to login to ftp for my domain (ftp://ftp.[mydomain].com) - which account do I use and how do I add additional accounts?
