Email delays

  1. I have a Scheduled Task which runs every 15 minutes. The task sends me an email with date-time as it starts and as it finishes. (Yes, i know that's a lot of stupid emails - i'll tone it down).

    The emails arrived at my gmail account out of order - no problem, no surprise. But many of them are delayed three, four, five, even six hours. (Yes, i'm taking the time-zone into account). Where is the hang-up? Is there anything i can do about it?

    You can open up a support ticket and provide us with the email headers of the message received. We can then examine them to see what might be causing the delay.
     
  3. I had the same situation. Contacting technical support helped to solve this problem.
