Email problems

  1. I never got any notification of the change I found out when I stopped in the check stats.
    If I over looked this email what would it begin with so I can perform a search?

    Every emailfrom DiscountASP.net is accounted for and there is no indication of any change coming.
    It must be under another heading.

  2. I cannot access my webmail and none of passwords are working they all worked prior to my temp files being deleted and the new mail server seems very slow on replys.
    How do I fix this?

    I'm not sure what the issue is but it could be that your email accounts were migrated to the new smartermail email system. If so, please check the email that was sent to you to confirm the migration. You need to log into the control panel and update your email account passwords, as the passwords could not be migrated to the new email system.

    The subject line is: [yourdomain.com] email migration scheduled - DiscountASP.NET and it would have been sent to the admin contact for the account a week before migration. The emailcontains aURL where an alternate email address can be entered for contact after migration.
    The main thing to be aware of is that all of your POP account passwords have been reset to your current Control Panel password. That's the most likely reason that you can't log in.
