   Can the User Manager / User Quota Manager be expanded to also manage the storage quota for mail accounts?
   
   For example:
   We're allowed 50 POP3 accounts with a storage capacity of 15 MB each on the basic hosting plan. Could I pare one POP3 account down to 5 MB and assign the other 10 MB to a different POP3 address?
