Enabling PHP

Given the posts I assume PHP is supported by Discount asp.net so I wrote a very simple page and placed it on the server but the server side script did not output the simple example. Do I need to request enabling this for my site or am I just missing something. I assume the extension should be .php. The reason I really want to get PHP running is so I can add a Wordpress.org blog to my site which requires PHP/MySQL.
