Error - "Web Page Unavailable!" - Where is this file located?

Hi,

I placed index.html in root dir, but when i go to my site(http://www.etmsystems.com/), i received:

Web Page Unavailable
We're sorry, the web page you are trying to reach is unavailable.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

What is the problem? Where is this file located? And why my server auto redirect to this page?

Go into your control panel under the IIS Manager, you will be able to set the default documents.

Yes, i did. But still receive this error. Here are my defaul docs:

index.html
index.htm
index.asp
index.aspx
default.htm
default.html
default.asp
default.aspx

Ah, by the way i installed a new web app (located www.etmsystems.com/web) but it did not work. Why?

Just a reminder...there shouldn't be ANY space between each doc
