   Did this server go down between 6pm and 7-30pm UK time?
   
   My traffic was flat as a pancake and I could not ftp it at 7-15pm.

   Yes. For some reason, the TCP/IP setting on the server was messed up after we installed Windows 2008 service pack 2.
   
   We rebuilt the network interface and all should be good since yesterday.
