Extracting a Zip file.

Hi all,
I'v uploaded a ziped BAK file of our SQL DB.

I would like to extract it using the Control Panel but did not find an option to do so.
I'v send a support ticket 1 hour ago, but no one seems to care (I need to think it over, is this your SLA?)

any one know of a way to do it ?
if there is no way, am I to wait untill someone cares to answer out ticket ?

this is a critical matter, we need to get a customer site up and runing and time is being wasted !
