  1. How do I configure your web servers to block a particular IP address or domain name from POSTing to pages of my website?

  2. you will need to make this change within the application that is allowing the posts.

  3. So the only way to block a particular computer from POSTing to a page on my website is programatically? Is there no setting within the discountASP.NET Control Panel (or elsewhere) to do this?

The reason for my question is thata PayPal server that is hosting my shopping cart is unable to POST the resulting transaction information to my page that I've written to record the information to the database. You guys don't block any of the PayPal servers, do you?

  4. We don't block or provide the capability to block any address from the webserver level. all blocking must be done programatically.

I had a problem thinking paypal wasn't able to access the IPN I gave them, but it turned out it was password protected (silly me). Make sure you didn't make the same mistake.
