First Data Global Gateway API

I'm integrating the first data global gatewayapi for credit card processing into the site, but when the sending of data takes place I get a "The connection was reset, The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." error and all user session information is lost.

Everything works fine when I execute it on my development machine.

Has anybody successully integrated the api into their site and if so was there anything that needed to be done besides for the usual setup of the key file and hosting information?

It happens due to blocked port 1129

Hello frnds I have contacted First Data,they told me that this eeror is occuriing due to port 1129 blocked on our server.Also they have told me to contact web hosting company for making port open and Bidirectional.

 

I'm afraid that we can't open a port that is blocked.
