After testing i founded it's not a bug in URL rewriting for ASP.NET(microsoft module) that is a bug in web deployment tool when i want deploy my application with Microsoft web deployment Projects www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=0AA30AE8-C73B-4BDD-BB1B-FE697256C459&displaylang=en and it's just work on my web hosting space when i published it by publish web site facility in vs 2008 and when i checked the option 'Allow this precompiled site to be updatable' it return that error again ,and i unchecked it , it worked truly. Is any one have an idea ?
