FTp connecting Problem

Hi, I just purchased the hosting service from discountasp.net
and was trying to connect to ftp
but I always get this error message:

Response: 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.
Error: Could not connect to server

I am using filezilla ftp client 3.1.5 version and I did follow the instruction from this page

I am sure the FTP is started.

Hi,
Use the Temp FTP url for your site.
You can use it at all times later but you need to use it at first when your site is new.

If it's still not working contact Support.
I've never used Filezilla so I can't help with that.
If you think the problem may be related to your FTP app I'd suggest you try this awesomeFirefox FTP addon.
http://fireftp.mozdev.org/

It works great, even on IIS7 servers here.
Easy to setup too, and it's free.

And still does not work
as you can see below,
