I have a lot of Image Files with Chinese Name in my diskspace, but after uploaded to the ftp, the name become messy code. so it can't be display in my web page. can you help me set it to the right code? By the way, before I set the "fileEncoding" to "gb2312" in my IIS' Golbaliztion, all the Chinese Characters in my web page are messy codes. Now, only the file name with the Chinese Character can't work, so I guess may be I should set the default code to gb2312 in somewhere in my file system, but I don't know where, help,thanks!
