FTP

Hi I am trying to make an ftp connection and I can not find the server and the directory can you tell me which server and directory and do I have to keep the port number empty.

You can find your FTP information by going to the Account Info/Edit page [https://my.discountasp.net/account-info.aspx]. You'll just need to use the default port, which is 21

I still have only one thing which is the directory shall I keep it blank

I tried putting
server: www.siblinidesign.com
Port: 21
Directory: (empty)
Passive mode: checked
Anonymous login: un checked
and than my user name and pw
and it is not working

Was it the AccountID|user issue that gave you the error that last time? Usually does.
